1Who we are
The website fasttrack-sgn.com ("FastTrack SGN", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Mobi Technologies LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We are an independent booking and coordination service for airport fast-track and meet & greet assistance at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The services are delivered on the ground by vetted local partners.
For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Mobi Technologies LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2Data we collect
Data you give us when you book
- Contact details of the person making the booking: full name, email address and phone number (including WhatsApp, if you provide it).
- Passenger details: full names of every traveller included in the booking and the number of passengers.
- Travel details: arrival date and time, flight number, origin, selected service (Fast Track Standard or Meet & Greet) and any notes you add.
- Add-on details: if you order a Vietnam SIM card, the plan you choose. Vietnamese regulations require tourist SIM cards to be registered with the holder's passport details before activation. This registration is carried out by our local partner or the mobile operator when the SIM is handed to you.
- Communications: messages you send us by email or other channels, including requests to change or cancel a booking.
If you book on behalf of other travellers, please make sure they know you are sharing their details with us for this purpose.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure systems and are never stored on our servers. Stripe shares limited information with us, such as your name, email, billing country, the last four digits of your card, the payment amount and the payment status.
Data collected automatically
When you visit the website, we and our partners may collect technical and usage data. This includes your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location (country/city), and the ad or campaign that brought you to us. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See section 6 for details.
Data we do not ask for
We do not ask for copies of visas or other immigration documents, and we do not need any special-category data (such as health information) to provide our services. Please do not send it to us unless we specifically request it for a service you have ordered.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in.
4Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the following parties, and only as far as each needs it:
- Local service partners in Vietnam: licensed airport assistance agencies that deliver the fast-track, meet & greet and SIM card services. They receive the passenger names, contact details and flight information needed to plan your arrival and contact you the day before you land.
- Payment processor: Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates, to process payments and refunds.
- Analytics and advertising: Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads), subject to your cookie choices.
- Technical providers: our website hosting provider and email service providers, who process data on our behalf to run the website and send booking emails.
- Authorities: public authorities, courts or professional advisers where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a dispute.
- Business transfers: a buyer or successor if our business or assets are sold or restructured, subject to this policy.
Service providers acting on our behalf may only use your data according to our instructions and must keep it confidential and secure.
5International transfers
We are based in the United States and our services are delivered in Vietnam. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your data will be transferred to countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country.
- Transfers to Vietnam are necessary to perform the service you have booked (GDPR Article 49(1)(b)). We only share what the local partner needs to deliver it.
- Transfers to the United States to us and to providers such as Stripe and Google rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can contact us for more information about the safeguards we use.
6Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary: required for the website and the secure checkout to work. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and where visitors drop off in the booking flow. We have enabled IP anonymisation features where available and do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally.
- Advertising: the Google Ads tag measures whether our ads lead to bookings (conversions) and may be used to show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing).
Where the law requires it, analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you give consent. You can change your choice at any time. We use Google Consent Mode, so if you decline, Google tags will not store cookies on your device.
You can also control Google's use of your data through Google Ads Settings and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. For more information on how Google processes data, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
For full details, including the list of cookies and their duration, see our Cookie Policy.
7How long we keep your data
- Booking and payment records: for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any follow-up, and then for up to 7 years to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements.
- Passenger and flight details shared with local partners: we ask partners to keep them only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet their own legal obligations.
- Correspondence: up to 2 years after your last contact with us, unless needed for a dispute.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 event data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
8Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. These include HTTPS encryption across the website, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and limiting access to booking data to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach where the law requires it.
9Your rights
Depending on where you live (in particular in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data, where we no longer need it or are not legally required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
- Data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, for example for analytics or advertising cookies. This does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). In the UK, it is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in section 13. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within one month (this can be extended in complex cases, in which case we will let you know).
10US state privacy rights
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or others), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, and to access, correct or delete it. You may also have the right to opt out of "targeted advertising" or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of the Google Ads tag for remarketing may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. You can opt out by declining advertising cookies, by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honour, or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
11Children
Bookings must be made by an adult (18 or over). Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data directly from them. When a parent or guardian books for a family, we process the names and travel details of minor passengers only to deliver the service booked.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new services or tools. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make this clear on the website or contact you directly where appropriate.
