Nature of the service

We act as an independent intermediary, coordinating airport fast-track and VIP assistance services with local partners at Tokyo (NRT). We are not an airport, airline, government body or border authority.

Limitations

• Immigration, security and customs decisions remain fully under the control of the competent authorities.
• Fast-track services cannot guarantee entry into a country or override mandatory checks.
• Availability may change at short notice based on operational or regulatory constraints.
